Gulf and Ranges Optometrists would like to thank our loyal clients and suppliers for all their support in 2022.
While we have continued to be met with challenges this year, with our ever-changing climate in healthcare, we are incredibly proud of our entire Team for continuing to provide excellent service and eye health care to our patients.
In turn, our team had the privilege of being recognised for this by receiving the Max Services Excellence in Large Business 2021/22 award at the Business Port Augusta awards night in October.
Our belief has always been that people in the country deserve to have the highest level of care, just as those who reside in the city. To support this, we always strive to have the best diagnostic equipment and technology available in the practice, and are always looking to expand the services that we provide.
In 2022 we have continued to keep our community top of mind by working closely with consulting specialists, local corporations, and supporting clinics.
We have also continued to provide our outreach clinics, visiting over 10 locations across the Far North & Outback SA, Mid Eyre Peninsula, Flinders Ranges and Mid North regions, providing services to not only the rural public but also to aged care facilities and the mining sector.
A big thank you to those who nominated us for the award, it is great to know that our dedication to continuous improvement enabling us to provide the best patient care hasn’t gone unnoticed, especially during challenging times.
We would also like to take the time to thank all of those who contribute to the business and are considered a part of our team, from the maintenance of the building and gardens, and our IT support team, to our frontline team members, and Optometrists. Each and every one of you contribute to make the business what it is today, and we wouldn’t be able to provide such service and care without all of the small details being taken care of.
While it was an absolute delight to receive the award and celebrate our achievements, we would also like to acknowledge the other finalists from the Business Port Augusta Awards night.
It was fantastic to see many other small and local healthcare businesses being nominated and recognised for their hard work over the past 2 years, many of which we have either worked closely with, or have accessed their services for our personal health care. We would have been more than happy to see any of the other finalists take home the award.
