It’s easy to order special occasion contact lenses, but we do suggest you get in contact with us at least 3 weeks before your event or planned travel.

There are lots of options.

For example, many people who are going on holidays don’t want to be bothered with carrying around contact lens cleaning solutions, so daily disposable lenses can work well in this situation.

For big events or holidays where you might need to have your contact lenses in for a long period of time –  day and night – an extended wear lens might be best suited. Extended wear lenses allow more oxygen into the eye than regular contact lenses, meaning your eyes can breathe and keep healthy for longer while wearing contacts.

If you’re new to contact lenses, we suggest visiting us as early as possible, as it’s important to keep in mind, it can take a few weeks to adjust to wearing contact lenses to begin with. So if you’re planning to wear contact lenses instead of your glasses for your wedding or a special event, it’s good to actually start wearing them at least a few weeks before so you can get used to them.
